Our aspiration is to exceed expectations of your guests

The Centre inspires you to forge strategic and content-driven stakeholder relationship management. We want to be your partner for modern and bespoke events, education & innovation programmes, and business meetings. Our rooms, video infrastructure and online communication platforms allow you to host best-in-class and individualized programs. You can run offline, hybrid as well as online event concepts and switch flexibly in case some of your guests are prevented from travelling to the Centre (see further down our "Dialogue guarantee"):

Offline events

Classic conferences, forums, roundtables, workshops, seminars, retreats, etc. to engage at the Centre with up to 220 participants. Delegate package includes:

•    Room rental, standard room equipment (Flipcharts, Whiteboard, etc.)
•    Water and juices available in seminar room
•    Room start-up support
•    Welcome coffee, morning and afternoon coffee breaks
•    Lunch (3-Course) including non-alcoholic Beverages
•    Event Manager for venue-related services and consulting
•    Parking and WiFi

Daily delegate rate: CHF 175.00
Half-day delegate rate: CHF 160.00
Package including 4-course dinner, overnight stay and breakfast: CHF 485.00

Hybrid events

Events hosted with blended formats to engage offline and online audiences. Mixed set-up combining video studio with seating concepts for up to 200 participants. Flat rate package includes:

•    Room with studio set-up and seats for up to 80 guests in-person
•    4-5 Cameras for High Definition (HD) video production
•    Neutral Backdrop (not branded), blue, grey or brown
•    Modular stage for up to 8 panelists, 2 LCD Screens
•    Communication technology (video-to-video for up to 250 participants)
•    Cisco Video Conferencing system
•    Streaming (100 online viewers for 2 hours included in package)
•    Dry-run (1 hour included in package)
•    Area for preparation work and make-up
•    AV and IT technicians, Personal Event Manager for venue-related services
•    Video recording, rough cut (MP4)
•    Further complements included: Parking, WiFi, water and juices in studio room

Flat rate half day:  CHF 11'500.00

Board and lodging

Video studio set up to host an all-virtual event, webinar, or meeting. Flat rate package includes:

•    4-5 Cameras for High Definition (HD) video production
•    Neutral Backdrop (not branded), blue, grey or brown
•    Modular stage for up to 8 panelists
•    2 LCD Screens (e.g. to dial in remote speakers with video and audio)
•    Communication technology (video-to-video for up to 250 participants)
•    Cisco Video Conferencing system
•    Streaming (100 online viewers for 2 hours included in package)
•    Dry-run (1 hour included in package)
•    Area for preparation work and make-up
•    AV and IT technicians, Personal Event Manager for venue-related services

All-virtual event without use of the Centre: CHF 4'000.00*

Event bookings can flexibly switch between a) offline, b) hybrid, and c) online up to 1 week prior to the event so that in case participants are prevented from travelling to the Centre, the event
can still happen by engaging virtually. For those attending in person, we have a solid COVID-19 safety concept in place.
